April 30 219.8 On paper it doesn't look very good but I hit my 10lb mini goal this month{with a low of 218.0}, I just need to get back down to those lbs and lose a few more in May. I've been coming in under calories but some of my choices haven't been the best. {Like eating french fries 4 days in a row??? with pizza two of those days also?? :o} So I need to 'get back with the program' and make better choices See you guys next month! :D :hug: |
April was a bad month for me, I've been stress eating ever since my BF got deployed. I dropped 10lbs then gained 8lbs back when he left so that leaves me with a total of 2lbs weight loss. =( Better than nothing I guess.

Yikes! Missed a lot today! I gotta stop this working thing ;)
No chance to WI this morning, so I'll have to could Wednesday's weight for my final WI - 260.8, I call it 261 for my ticker. Good month for me, down from 273, which is a total of 12 pounds! Didn't quite make my goal though :( Had hoped to see the 250's in April. Anyways, I'm really enjoying getting to know you all, and can't wait for next month! See you over there ;) -Aimee |
