Put berries in bowl, sprinkle with sugar and vinegar, and let it sit for a while. Turns the berries bright red and tastes delish after it has "marinated."
Mine is mixed greens, blanched brocolli florets, corn, carrots, cucumbers, red onion, sunflower seeds, grilled chicken, and lite ranch dressing. Sometimes I make homemade croutons using stale baguettes and add those.
I eat this almost everyday.
