I can hear my next appointment out in the waiting room, a little dude about 9 coming for some behaviour mod. for severe ADHD, and this is what I hear:

Mom: shhhh
Kid (LOUD): I HATE IT HERE! WHY DO I HAVE TO COME HERE! I DON'T HAVE ADH....hey a truck, cool.
