yes ladies I was tire and just had put the kids to bed my body said bed and Tv but my mind said workout, so I did I took my firm dvd and did it and I feel great and have more enegy than what I started with,
I always find that the times that I don't want to workout are the times that I need to the most. I love the feeling of accomplishment after a work out (especially after dragging my feet to do it). Congrats, and keep going.
