The same way, although I say it rhymes with pier, not beer. I too hate being called Kristen. or Kristine. I'm pretty much just used to answering any sort of role call with "Its Kirsten, not Kristen."

I like the name, but it frustrates me that no one can say it. I'm taking an introduction to language class and it took my professor a long time to help me write my name in phonetics :dizzy:
