1 pound away from 40!

    I have NEVER lost 40 pounds. In the next couple of days, I'll be there! WooHoo!

    I remember being younger and needing to lose 30 pounds and thinking how huge that was and how I would never be able to STARVE myself that long. I was clueless.

    If I knew then what I know now...

    I'm just glad I finally found the knowledge I needed! And, I'm so proud that my children will grow up with my example of healthy eating.

    Hey, same here on all accounts! I'm excited to be able to say I've lost 40 lbs. That seems like a lot of pounds to drop to me! I've lost 30 before, but never 40.

    Oh to be young but less stupid again! I can't believe I thought I was fat at 135.
