i saw people bigger than i am older than i am younger than i am ... it was such a kick in the a$$ to me that it can be done ... my pity party is over ! back on track with a vengance i hope this can help others too ... i was on the verge of a binge until i saw this .... no way im ruining all the hard work i put in now though ... salad / w salad spritzer here i come !!!!
