Default Out of commission

AHHHH just as the last week before the next week is approaching I have sprang my lower back. And let me tell you is doesn't feel good. I did this machine at the gym last week that I think started the back pain, then two days ago I rearranged my living room by myself like a dumby then I went to the park with my daughter yesterday and played with her, going down the slide backward lol. Now I am in pain. I went to the doc today and she said I sprang my back. She said too make sure I still move around so I don't get stiff and soon as I feel up to it I can get back in the gym but to take it easy.

I really planned on hitting it hard this week at the gym, but I guess that is not going to happen.

It was awesome because the doctor scale said 221.0. I asked her what it said last time I was there and she said 249.0. She was like thats great! So that did feel good. I hope this heals fast. Doc said it could be a week til I am back to normal.

That happened to me last week. I went back to the gym tonight and did really easy light exercise so I didn't hurt my back again. Take it easy this week, and make sure to watch your food intake to make up for the lack of your usual exercise.
