hi to all, I have only written once since joining, and my story is not very different than anyone else, I let the pounds pile on and now at 61, have 100 lbs. to lose, I am pretty tall, so I "hide" weight, big deal, the weight is still dragging me, i am exhausted, I need support, Mostly, I am exhaused all day long, and could sleep in the middle of the day, I just came back from a short walk with my husband and could take a nap!!!!!

Welcome! This is a great place to get the support you need. I have to say I still fight the naps everyday. I am hoping that one day I will not want that nap.

thanks everyone for the great notes, i plan to post more every day, in the meantime, i plan to have small goals, because 100 lbs is too much to think about,,,,i am following a basic healthy eating plan, and this weeks goal is to write everything down, nancy in oregon
