Ok, so I've been sitting at my home office desk literally all day immersed in work.
I'm wearing a)slippers, b)my favorite old size 3x black stretch pants with the paint stains. c) a fave old white stained 3x fleece. My hair, which I've been running my fingers through all day is sticking straight up on end.
A neighbor whom I haven't seen in a long time stops by. I open the door.
"Wow," she says. "You look fabulous!"
I smile and say "thanks". With all the weight loss I really do get compliments pretty often, so I'm kind of used to it.
It's not until after she leaves that I realize what I'm wearing or how crazy my hair looks.
I guess weight loss triumphs all!
