Today is an all district workshop so they are serving free lunch for all the people in my building. Free lunch at my work is Pizza, Salad and Cookies.
Fortunately, yesterday my coworkers and I went to my favorite lunch spot (You know, the one where you can get the incredibly fresh salad, with no dressing and just a tiny amount of the cranberry chicken salad on top) so I had left my lunch in the fridge at work for today.
When lunch time rolled around, I grabbed a plate of salad with fat free dressing, and enjoyed it with my home packed lunch. I haven't even thought about the cookies.... not entirely true, but I said no to them, and I am full and happy and know I made the right decision.


and said sweetly, "You could not eat them." (He was trying to lose weight last year, but seems to have given up over the summer and not gone back.) 

good job making the right choices! I'm sure that as you continue to do so the loss will pick up and it won't always be .5/week
