Hi all! I finally made it! I feel like I lived a lifetime in the 230s! Seriously, I've weighed more on many occasions but 230s was like my set point weight. I always stayed right there. ALL.THE.TIME!

Angi...I'm right there with ya! 220 this morning...hoping my scale won't let me down tomorrow! I won't believe it until I'm about 217 too...that way even with flucuations you are still under 220....
