Wii Fit! My favorite exercises are the jackknife challenge and 20 minute free run, but I have lots of fun with all the categories and cute graphics. I have EA Active as well and did the 30 day challenge once but haven't touched it since. I also have the first two Biggest Loser workout DVDs that I use occasionally and my job is somewhat physical giving me some activity on the clock. I like to walk as well, just waiting for better weather.

I do stretches and strengthening exercises, Recumbant bike, chair exercises and anything non-weightbearing because of a foot/ankle problem.

I just purchased the Wii Fit Plus and am looking forward to starting an exercise program with it! Hard to believe I am actually excited about exercising!! lol!

I do yoga twice a week and go to the gym for light cardio (elliptical, walking on the treadmill) 3 - 4x a week. I also took my first pilates class last night and will probably try to keep going to that as well.

Before I was injured, my exercise was:
Exercise bike 4 days a week (30 min, about 7 miles) Walking 1.5-2mi twice a week Wii Fit here and there with the kids, once a week or so (a decent workout!) Strength training (just hand weights at home) twice a week, 20 min Now I am working back up to that. |
