I LOVE leeks. It is a shame they cost so much. Pumpkin-leek soup is another thing I could eat several bowls of. Haven't tried to make it since I stopped using cream, though. I might try whole milk for a splurge.

You mean this isn't normal? Hmm... I do it all the time. When I have that feeling of insatiable hunger, I find a veggie and go to town. I feel better in a little bit and the crisis is averted. I think this is a very, very good thing!!
