Nsv!
Yesterday was great. I ate good healthy food all day, felt great....full of energy.
Well last night about 11pm, I was getting ready for my work out (I know, I know! It's silly to exercise that time of night but if I don't then it won't get done!) and all of a sudden...WHAM! I had the strongest desire ever for a big mac meal. It came out of nowhere. I just coudn't stop thinking about it. I could taste the fries in my head. I had the keys in my hand and was ready to get in the car and go to McDonalds. I paced, I kept talking to myself telling me I didn't need the food. I threw the keys down and hopped into bed. Now I know I didn't do my workout, but that is a HUGE victory for me not to give in for the crap food. I would rather miss my workout than consume however many thousands of calories in a supersized meal. I woke up very proud of myself! Yay me! :D Just had to share....... |
:congrat: I definitely agree, if you were in an either both or neither situation with yourself then neither was the best choice. I also agree Yay You!! :yay:

GREAT for you!!!!
I also work out that late in the evenings. I've always been a night owl-so that part isn't a problem. I'd love to be able to go in the morning or during the day, but I'm thinking they wouldn't care for my 4 year old being down there with me and I can't say that I would either! ha! So when you're thinking that your the only crazy goon getting ready to do your workout, just remember-you're not alone. There's another crazy goon doing it too. Why? Because that's when she's got the time! Congrats on your success!! |
