Yesterday was fun. I had a big loss at the WW meeting and had a great time seeing an old friend. Yesterday I didn't make the best food choices and probably ate about 1000 or so more calories than I should have with the meals out (plus two pints of beer wasn't a great idea). :(

My weight jumped up this morning as I expected, but it will be back into new territory at some point!
