Hi chicks..

I have just a moment now to check in. Yesterday went well despite going to a restaurant for lunch and my grandson's pizza birthday party at supper time. I am very grateful. I've been writing down my food and keeping track via exchanges. I had a couple extra exchanges but I have allowed that for myself. I did my stretches and strengthening exercises &had lots of water. I am grateful for the willingness to keep trying away from home.

I am so enjoying my time with grandson! His favorite thing to say these days is "Good idea!" I love that.

Hey Chicas,

Yesterday went better than I'd planned. I think I'm having gall bladder issues so I opted not to have the 21 point heavy fat meal I planned for dinner. I had pizza but it wasn't nearly as bad as what I was gonna have. And the scale this morning is still down, down, down. And, I did have my 2 vodka gimlets that I'd planned! Today I'm supposed to clean, cook and do laundry. So far all I feel like doing is sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. We'll see.

Have a good day!

Hey ladies! Im jumpin in on the very late bandwagon . I kinda feel like I'm interrupting a week long conversation so I'll just post my food for now. I'll catch up with ya'll tomorrow when the new thread starts.

(keep in mind I work graveyard shift so my food schedule is backwards LOL. I eat my heaviest meal @ lunch)

bfast - kashi blueberry fields cereal w/ extra fresh bluberries, banana and skim milk.

lunch: pot roast, (no gravy) mushrooms, carrots, greenbeans, risotto.

Dinner: Big salad w/ mixed greens, baby spinach, tomatoes, carrots, and chicken breast

Snack: string cheese, natural yogurt w/ fresh fruit mix, 1 ounce almonds.

Water! Water! Water!
