TYSM everyone! It IS possible to reach your goals - it's not always easy though! If you would have told me last year while I was getting ready for the super bowl with my chocolate cupcakes and knew the kind of junk I would be consuming that this year would be different I wouldn't have believed you. I am just thankful I finally woke up and found that answer within myself to make a change for a better me!!

As far as snow - BLAH - sick of it and tomorrow - another round of snow - I am thinking they are saying 6 - 12 inches! Yeehaw! Too bad I don't enjoy outdoor activities in the cold lol The only thing is shoveling is incredibly good exercise but not much fun! hehe

You do look fantastic!! It does feel daunting looking at the numbers ahead of me. It's hard not to say "I've come so far but have twice as far to still go!" I know that mindset isn't good to have. Your post is inspiring! Thank you for sharing! :)
