Default I don't usually change my ticker every day....
but today is the day I hit my first 10% goal!!! And it happens to be exactly 3 months from when I started on 11/2/09.

I thought that deserved a ticker update!!

That definitely deserves a ticker update! Then again, any day is a good day for a ticker update in my book. LOL! If the scale moves down .2 pounds, I'm all over it! Of course if it goes up, I ignore it.

I'm counting my next 10% differently from you - I'm going to track 10% of my current weight, so I "save" 2.5 lbs this time!! lol! But it's like a reward to myself for getting the first 10% that the next 10% is a little bit lower.
