    I have made it to onderland!!!!! I'll be honest, I really didn't know if this was possible. I can't tell you the last time I weighed under 200#.

    But, I'm here! It's been slow going. It's been alot of trial and error. But, it's sustainable and I'm doing it!

    A big thanks for all the words of wisdom and encouragement. 3FC is part of my forever toolbox
