The scale this morning read 224.2!! :yay: Patience and persistence pays off in the weight loss battle again! :carrot:
2.6 Pounds gone, and about half a pound from my pre-holiday weight! ;)

If I can loose after three weeks of sitting at the same weight, anyone can! Hang in there!

I'd like to raspberry you right now. ;) I really hope you are right that "everybody" can! LOL!
