As some of you may know, I went to the doctor today and though the doctor may have needed some manners, this was the first doctor visit in YEARS where I was not scolded for my weight or told I need to lose (even though I still do but anyway)..I am happy for that

Congrats! I still have that fear of going to the doctor's & being lectured about weight (sooooooo scary, lol). Keep up the great work!!!!!!
