Flirty Girl Fitness? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Has anyone tried the Flirty Girl Fitness DVD's. I kinda want to try them. If you don't know look them up on YOUTUBE. It looks like so much fun, but I want some opinions of people who have tried it.

They look like they could be a lot of fun, though my only problem doing workout videos like that is thinking "Check out that B*tch's sixpack!!" Work out videos with really hot, really fit women is frustrating for me. That's not what I wanna stare at when I'm trying to work out! To each their own I guess. Now I think all us plus size women should make one of those videos and sell it to "real" women!!! How bout it?

So wierd!!!! I was thinking about the Flirty girl fitness this morning and posted this thread. Then just minutes ago I was searching on the TV in my Free Spot on ON DEMAND and it had an exercise area where you can do free workout videos. They had Jillian Michaels 30 day shred AND Flirty girl fitness. YAY. It's only one video but it will let me know if I really like it. I will let you girls know what I think.

I totally agree with you about they look so hot with their 6 packs, it's a bit annoying.

So this Booty Bump one of my ON DEMAND was only 13 min. so maybe they didn't show you the full thing. It was fun and definitely got me sweating, but by the way the commercial presented it by saying you would be dancing to your favorite music, I pressumed they would teach you a dance routine and you would learn to dance to the music. It was more just teaching you different moves, not at a beat or to a song, just light music in the background while the instructor told you what to do next.

It was okay, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 6. I would probably do it again, but I don't think I would pay for it. But like I said this was only 13 min. so it may have just been a snipit.
