New but not new
Hi everyone! I just started a "Biggest Loser" group at work and, although I've been down this road before, I'm raring to go!
A little about me...I've been battling with obesity since I can remember. I would like to lose 130# but this time I plan on taking baby steps and making it a life change instead of changing for others. My Dad just died a month ago and I'm not only struggling with that but depression and other things. I eat to feel better, so this is going to be a real chalenge for me. Hoping to make some friends and, if I'm lucky, be one too. Take care! |

3FC is a great place for support and friendship. I can't imagine doing this without my fellow chicks. I lost my dad when I was younger and really gained a lot of weight after that... so I think it is great that you have come here to help you deal with things. You'll find lots of support. |
