Thanks for the support; it means a lot. She went to sleep very peacefully and quickly. I am starting to get at peace with her passing(very quickly). This may sound odd but I'm glad not to hear her labored breathing anymore :(

I'm glad you are doing well so far. I can't imagine how you are feeling..My sister's dog is getting older, and I'm just terrified of the day we lose her.

*hugs* peachy. I know what you're going through. I had to put my sweet baby down this past summer. she was 14 and I loved her more than anything. it still hurts and I miss her. just remember though that you and your family did the right thing, and it was out of love. I bet you gave your pup a wonderful life, and she loved you for it. :-)

I still have my dog's pic on my cell phone home screen and her pic on my fridge. I kiss my hand and touch that pic sometimes when I walk by it. lol.
