Day 11 Challenge - Thursday
We are over the hump - here comes the weekend...
food: 1 water: 1 exercise: 1 just got this in :) walked 1 mile after putting the kid to bed. This challenge is really giving me the push I need in regards to exerise - I used to only do it when the mood stuck me. Dana points as of tonight - 22 :D |
I need to drin a galon of water to get to my goal tonight that means i will be running all night!! LOL

Exercise - 1 Food - 0 - But let me explain. I had dinner with a friend tonight and I knew I would go over points. Now normally, this would have sent me into "eat whatever I want" mode since I knew I would be over. But instead I was perfectly OP until dinner. So zero points for food, yet still a day I am proud of. |
