day off today. I have the time today to organize my space.
my son is following his dream by having an 8-hour job interview in NV today
my children can make good decisions that are right for them; I don't need to worry.
even though it isn't very pretty, all of my parts still work.
with age comes wisdom and knowledge

I am very anxious right now, so I want my thankfulness to reflect peacefulness, which I sorely desire:
• My eye caught BethC's tagline: "Slow down to go fast..." and I think that might work for me today, thank you BethC.
• I found a new short
guided meditation on the internet that actually helps me calm down.
• I am thankful that my problems are so tiny when compared with others.
• I am thankful for my DF's arms around me when I feel down and that he is always there for me.
• I am thankful that although I struggle, I always overcome. And that is what I need to remember.
