I'm coming in late, but I don't mind.
Food: I'm starting fresh, so my first step this month is drastically reduce junk food (100 calories or less of snacks), and portion control everything else
Water: 64 oz and above
Exercise: ANYTHING! I can't do much because of my ankle, but if I get off my butt and do something that would be great!
