I love this idea! (Okay I'm falling in love with everything about 3FC)

Exercise:
20 minute minimum

Water:
64oz minimum (I have pretty nasty hypertension so I don't want to set a huge water goal that works against me)

Diet:
1200 - 1500, carbs <50 each meal

Jan 1~ 3 (not sure if I got enough water)

jan3~ 4 (was supposed to be my off day too! Woohoo!)

1 point for getting some exercise. (If you don't exercise on a given day - you DO NOT get a point for exercise - even if you planned it that way) Sorry, no 1/2 points.

Post here with how many points you've earned for a given day, and I will keep track. We'll see who's did the best for the month.

This is a very cool way to keep on track, because even if you don't do so great on food, you might still get in your water and exercise to earn the points!

Who's ready for a challenge????

Note: When I do the final totals at the end of the month, I only include people who have participated 15 days or more.
I like the idea of going back to edit the post to record daily points, but it doesn't move the thread up. Eventually it will fall way back. Could we put a sticky on it?

I'm coming in late, but I don't mind.
Food: I'm starting fresh, so my first step this month is drastically reduce junk food (100 calories or less of snacks), and portion control everything else
Water: 64 oz and above
Exercise: ANYTHING! I can't do much because of my ankle, but if I get off my butt and do something that would be great!

Jan. 8 - 1 (Water)
Jan. 9 - 4
Jan. 10 - 0 Bad Day
Jan. 11 - 3 (Food + Water)
Jan. 12 - 4 (Woot - I made awesome progress exercise wise today)
Jan. 13 - 2 (No exercise or enough water - I was traveling most of the day)
