I have PCOS and with the PCOS my cycles are extremely irregular. Sometimes 9 months will go by, so I have no records of anything routine about my body. So I have no idea how my body reacts with regard to water retention or lack of progress during TOM.
So last week was TOM for me and I had two weeks of a .2 loss. Then this week I lost 8.2 lbs!!
Is this normal or do you think I should increase my calories? I lost about 12 lbs my first week, then a couple weeks of 2 lb losses then those two weeks of .2 losses. So is 8.2 a normal "whoosh" week?
