  • my weight RIGHT NOW at 11:40 at night is EXACTLY the same as it was this morning... I usually drop 2 ish lbs overnight. SO I could have a great weigh in tomorrow!

  • yep a loss See last saturday I was 213. Had a few drinks and some salty foods that night and Sunday? 217.8!!!!!

    Monday didn't weigh
    Tuesday didn't weight
    Wednesday 215.8
    Thursday 214.6
    Friday 213.8

    so Yes! A good one! Another couple of days and I SHOULD crack the 213 barrier

    I don't know how it's physically possible, what with the conservation of mass and everything, but I tend to weigh less right when I go to bed, than when I wake up. *shrugs* Maybe it's my scale.
  • I have done that same very thing right before a good loss. Water, water, water tonight. If you have blueberries or apples, I would sure be eating them too! Good luck!
