my weight RIGHT NOW at 11:40 at night is EXACTLY the same as it was this morning... I usually drop 2 ish lbs overnight. SO I could have a great weigh in tomorrow!
Fingers crossed! I just weighed in, and I'm down at last, so I broke that bloody 213 barrier, and I swear, the first thing I thought after FINALLY! YES! and WOO HOO! was that I bet you were going to break it very, very soon as well.
I don't know how it's physically possible, what with the conservation of mass and everything, but I tend to weigh less right when I go to bed, than when I wake up. *shrugs* Maybe it's my scale.
I have done that same very thing right before a good loss. Water, water, water tonight. If you have blueberries or apples, I would sure be eating them too! Good luck!
