Adding my congratulations too! 50 pounds is amazing. Try picking up a 50 pound bag at Sam's Club. It is very hard to do and now it's off your bod! You go girl!

Laura, I carried in a 40 pound bag of dog food last weekend & I was amazed that I used to carry that around plus a little more all the time!
