I can see in that fold in your upper arm and in your abdomen where fat has disappeared. And I'm sure you feel lighter on your feet when you go up stairs and that it's easier to bend over and tie your shoes and to put on your pants. All things that make everyday life so much better. Congratulations on your dedication. It is showing, that's for sure.

Thanks Everyone I do feel better . It is alot easier for me to tie my shoes. It is alot easier for me to do alot of things now I feel So much better then I did before. I have noticed that my posture is alot better and the way I exercise has improved soo Much I must continue I feel Sooo Good.
I had a moment Yesturday while we were on the way last night to his aunts house ( Thats Where the kids go trick or treating ) I had a Vision thought moment what ever you want to call it that I met my goal and what I looed like and everything it was wonderful.I looked so good. Now I have to make it Happen.
