Thanks so much for the compliments! I do feel so good lately.
Walking2Close, I have been calorie counting and food planning/logging for the last 13-14 months. And doing 6-9 hours of cardio per week (exercise bike) since March. Right now it's 60 minutes per day on my bike. Also since this spring, lifting 3 lb weights every other day (3 sets of 20 reps of 5 moves, plus 'reverse pushups' -- about 20 mins or so total, not including taking breaks in between). I do a very short series of floor exercises every day (20 reps of regular pushups, crunches, squats, 'butt lifts' -- only a few mins at a time). Used to be a longer, official session, 3x/week, but I found that it was a big, boring time commitment and I was skipping it. So now just doing less, but every day is easier and comparable. |
Congratulations! Thank you for posting. You look amazing!

Congratulations and I look forward to spending many successful maintenance years with you. Oh and the NWCR - you need to maintain a 30 lb loss for 1 year. So mark your calender! |
