Encouragement!
 

I just have to tell you all something amazing that happened last night! I was with my personal trainer - (who told me that he was going to stop having wimpy sessions with me - ugh! - actually, I need the extra push - I'm just naturally lazy and thus, the trainer)

anywho... after the session we were chatting about meeting on Monday and this huge guy comes up to me. This guy was huge.. over 6 feet tall (I'm 5' nothing!) and bulging muscles. He said "excuse me.." I looked way up.. .
I just wanted to say that I think you are doing really well. (puzzled look on my face) I mean.. I've been watching you for a while and you are doing really really well. (now a stunned, grinning look on my face) I've been watching your work outs.
I replied.. thanks so much... you don't know how much that really means.

That was really sweet - I felt like I was being invited into "the club of muscle men" It was an awesome feeling.
