I cannot believe how much this thread has affected me! It was... like a light bulb! I actually feel, I don't know... either relieved that I know there is a connection to my eating habits and my house or panicked about it.
But what I do know is tomorrow, after my walk, I am gonna come home and totally clean my house. Top to bottom. And I am going to keep it clean. I am going to keep keeping my house clean as much as a priority as walking and eating right. I feel horrible when my house is a mess, I don't know why I haven't committed to keeping it cleaner already. When it is clean and I have my yankee candles going I feel 100% better about everything and I intend to feel that way everyday from here on out. Gotta go start some laundry and get rested for tomorrow! |
Ok, I dug up this thread again because I REALLY need to do the washing up which has been building up since (*shame*) Saturday (yea, I live alone, I can get away with it, but my weight loss can't!).
Actually I need to get into the habit of doing the washing up every day. Like every civilised person out there. Tsssssssk. |
