Planning to Plan
So today I managed to only eat 773 cals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. because we are going out to state college (we live in pittsburgh) for a movie (paranormal activity, it's not playing here), and it's only showing at midnight. and after the movie before taking the 2-3 hour drive back, we are going to a diner. I saved up 800+ cals for this meal, the chances of me using all of them are slim but I like that i have the option. Diner food isn't the best, and it'll be hard to find anything vegetarian other than fries, but at 2 am I suppose that will be all that is open!
If all else fails and we find an eat n park I can make more semi healthy choices. but today I have planned, and I'm pretty excited about it. :) |
... you ate lunch and dinner already??
|
lol!!! No.
I meant I planned for them. I have my food for the day entered into sparkpeople already is all. :P |
Planning is the key to success! Good job!!!
I know you didn't ask but here are a few ideas that might work for diner eating-- vegetable soup (cream of brocolli, minestrone, mushroom soup might be available). Cheese sandwich with tomato. Big chef salad -- ask them to leave the meat off. Cheese omelette, sub fruit or side salad for hashbrowns. Look at the sides they offer. Oatmeal, cottage cheese, etc. Often for a little extra cash you can substitute a healthier side for the ff that come with a meal. Or just order off the side menu altogether to come up with a meal that helps you stick to your plan. Anyway, good job for planning! |
You did good! Hope your dinner out is good and on plan, you can do it!
|
And if you are planning on eating after midnight That is tomorrow's calories !
|
Good job!

I count my calories from the time I go to bed, I eat dinner after midnight almost every day becuase my bf works late.
also I can't eat a lot of the things you suggested because I don't eat dairy or eggs. but I will find something, and thanks! |
