Hi,

I'm so excited, I made it through my first day back on program without any slip ups!

I know this isn't really a big deal compared to those of you have been doing days on end on program, but this was the first time in two months I've managed to get through a whole day op.

Pathetic, huh?

Hopefully I can make it two in a row! Or at least go right back on if I slip up.

Pathetic? Not even close. You should be as happy as you are. When we are on that roller coaster, and were struggling to keep our head above water, 1 complete OP day is wonderful. Good days are addicting. Woohoo for you!

You should be very happy about one day OP. I am. If I'm struggling then one day is a great accomplishment for me. And it should be for you. Best wishes for many OP days in the future!!

Pathetic? Not hardly! It's all about "one days" for me...all I have to do now is string enough "one days" together!

A day OP is NOT pathetic at all!!! You've reached an accomplishment & you should be PROUD of yourself!!! I can only concentrate being OP one day at a time, & each time I do it, I am proud! Way to go!!!!!!!

We all take every day at a time...

Seems strange but at times I do think of my journey like someone who goes to AA - one day at a time.

Thanks so much for all of your kind words and support.

I admit to a really small slip up today-due to PMS cravings, I had some junior mints, but that's better than the chocolate chip cookies (and I don't mean one or two of them!) or other junk I'd normally eat this time of the month. Otherwise, I was totally OP-but I have four hours to get through before bed!
