well i have been far from being OP recently and today I ate well and even managed some exercise and a lot of water...wooohooo

So glad you had a good day!!
I had a pretty good one, too.

I went to the grocery store today and actually bought all healthy stuff, fruits and veggies and stuff like that -- I even passed up the ice cream aisle -- I am really an ice cream junkie -- know all the good brands and flavors!!

An added plus is that I was able to get around the grocery store without any major pain (i have RA -- badly in my knees)

So, it was a pretty good one for me, as well --

Well done, Kim, Lyric, and Bella!! You've got me motivated!

I'm not doing WW so I don't count points, but I ate sensibly and "in control" all day. I did have a big supper, but we ate late, and I ate only healthy stuff. My big downfall is the evenings, so I've got a big glass of water here, and will make a serious attempt to call the food I had at supper the last food of the day.
