I think I will try a "real" diet, not just eating vegetarian food - which got rid of the last 50 without really thinking about it, but it took a few years.
About my pants. So I went from a size 10 underwear to a size 9, and the size 20 jeans were ultra tight for a while. There was a time when I was wearing a 22. Now I am back to 18 tops, and 20 pants (pear shaped). The 20 pants were pretty tight, then they got looser and looser, now, unless they are freshly washed, I have to keep hiking them up. I have a sewing machine, so I might alter the jeans which are relitively new, so I can wear the through size 18.
Since I am in law school, I can't wait to get into my nice business clothes. I actually threw a lot of nice clothers away, and now I feel really stupid about that. I have several professional looking suits, and some great wool pants (the expensive kind with a lining). Office wear. I'll always be tall, but at least I can look good.
So I have made a deadline to get into my nice business clothes: 12 months from now. So I have a year.
The way I will do it is to become even "more" vegetarian, and a whole lot more active. (I was eating eggs and cheese, so I will drop those out of my diet and become a "strict" vegetarian (not nescessarily a vegan).
I will also drink only water, and tea (no cream or sugar). That's the part that will be hard because I love yoghurt smoothies and things like that. -- and frankly I do not like water all that well.
