Thanks Everyone The Encouragment goes a long way too. Yeap I plan on taking measurments. I tried the other day with one of the measurment tapes and it is too small. I didnt have enough tape for a true measurment. I will keep trying. But had to recharge my Batteries and Plan on having my daughter take pic of me tomorrow. The ones I took Didn't turn out. She love to take pics she wont mind.

But tomorrow is my sons 20th Birthday so I have to make him a cake . Hard to Believe that he is that old already. I will make it.

My Hubby bought in my weight bench and all today so I can start using it. Now I have to figure out where I am gonna put my treadmill. But I am doing good.

You are doing spectacular! 11 pounds gone already. You are well on your way.

Oh you just reminded me about the heartburn. Oh did I have it. Such a bad and painful memory. I kept a bottle of Maylanta in my night table as well as in my medicine cabinet. Used it all day long. From Day One of my lifestyle change - day one, I no longer needed it. Amazing.

Keep up the great work Bonnie and you will continue to be amazed at all the incredible changes that are coming your way.

Oh and Happy Birthday to your son.

You are doing awesome! And I love that you told DH to clear the way for your weight bench and treadmill - fantastic!

One thing you might try with the measurement tape. Grab some string or ribbon that doesn't stretch. Put that around your waist and mark where the end hits. Then you can lay that out on your measuring tape, and measure what is left over - just add the measurements together! That should at least get you close to an exact measure.

Keep up the great work!!
