I'll start it off again. EVERYONE is welcome to participate on this thread! Just post how much you lost, gained or if you stayed the same this week.

Last week we lost a total of 4 pounds. Let's see what we can do this week!

After several weeks of "meh" losses, I had a good one! Down 3.8.

And I got a new avatar! It's silly how much I look forward to those...

I am down to 220.2, from 222.8 last week. That's the best loss I've had in weeks at 2.6 pounds!

I'm sorry to say my loss was less than a pound. 0.2 to be precise: but still, it was a gift given the stress of last week.
