Serious Ab Workout
 

My hubby and I are pretty much broke this week after bills and food so we couldn't afford to take our clothes to the laundromat. I have been washing clothes by hand in the bathtub. Let me tell you! I thought I was just getting all wet from the wet clothes until a little bit of sweat fell in my eye. I was seriously sweating! Plus all the bending over and hanging up really gave me an ab workout. I think I might start doing this a few times a week just to save money and get a workout!

Great idea. I'll send my laundry over too ;) :D

I used to do all my laundry in the tub, and hang it around the house. It definately took plenty of muscle and energy to accompish it.
