Weight loss while sick...
 

I've had a bug for a few days, nearly back to normal now, & I'm wondering if there's any way that I can keep off the weight I lost, or if it's just going to come right back on? I was chugging water the whole time, so never was dehydrated, but basically fasted for 2 days, & still don't have my appetite back. I sure liked seeing the numbers go down quickly!

I dunno, but I just got done being sick too and lost a couple pounds. But over the last several days I've lost a few more. I didn't fast though. I stayed on my plan.

I am curious - it would be nice if it gave me a little kick start on the weight loss. At least then something good would come out of being sick!
