That is the same Dr. Oz list that I used. I also use a lot of cinnamon, red pepper flakes, drink tea, and we won't talk about how much coffee (thanks to my new Bux job) that I'm consuming.

I don't take aspirin because my doctor said I didn't need it, yet.

I take a multivitamin tablet but also take glucosamine (for a knee problem), agnus castus (for menstrual issues) and chromium (I have PCOS and it's been recommended to help regulate blood sugar levels).

I definitely feel better for taking them but may be the placebo effect - who knows?

I take vitamins and supplements that were prescribed by my doctor.

- cardio multi vitamin
- iron - (I've been anemic.)
- Fish Oil
- Calcium + vitamin D
- Glucosamine and Chronditin
- Estroven (for 'my own personal summer' that comes with being over 50)
- Baby aspirin
