My son asked me if I could help him type up a paper and I of course said yes.
I was jogging up the stairs with him behind me to get to the office. When we got there he said, " I don't think you have any idea how much weight you've lost." I said to him, "You're right, it's always harder for the person losing the wt to see the results because we know how much further we have to go. But, you just made my day. It really must show when someone is behind you, watching you jog upstairs and can make that kind of comment!"
