I've had a day from ****.

Kids. FIGHTING. ALL. FREAKING. DAY.

I had to clean the house from top to bottom because it's a daycare day tomorrow and it got out of hand this weekend.

My three year old boy... is a three year old boy.

My husband is being over melodramatic.

I think I'm getting the flu. Or something.

And I'm facing a week of having to amuse 5 kids at the ballet studio for two hours EACH DAY while my older girls do their exam prep courses and THEN taking all five on the bus home.

Oh and my period is STILL not over and I'm holding like 3-5 pounds of water weight.

Okay okay. I'm getting to why weight loss is awesome.

Because after the **** of day that I had... I grabbed my Bella puppy, put on my mp3 player, strapped on my runners and speed walked for over an hour. Five miles. In the POURING warm rain. While my husband bathed and put all of the kids to bed and then cleaned the kitchen.

And now... it's okay. I walked. I got out all of my frustrations. I breathed. I sang. I drank the rain. I frolicked with my dog. I felt sorry for all of the poor suckers driving their gas guzzling vehicles around, drinking their $7 coffee's and STILL stressing about their lives when they COULD be doing what I was doing.

Gee, I hope you weren't too creeped out by that. Maybe it'll sound a little less creepy if I remind you that I've been married for almost 24 years with 3 grown children.

I would kill, KILL to be able to go out and walk my stress away in the evenings!!! OMG!! That sounds so wonderful!! I think I may try to hire someone a couple times a week for this!
