Very cool indeed. That's what a health minded/health conscious/committed person does. Finds something that relieves the stress - in the short term (immediately) and extends to the long term (benefits that last long after the task is done) as well. Very cool indeed!

awesome post!!!! its so true! that our bodies dont know the difference between physical stress or mental stress, so our bodies get all riled up to either fight or run away.

so when we exercise, we release the tension in our bodies, and actually feel relaxed afterwards, not to mention those lovely endorphins!

i loved your post and the image of you speed walking in the warm rain! thanks for sharing!! i agree with everyone, excellent post! put a smile on my face too!!!
you rock!

your post is very inspirational!

i also find it relaxing, than when i'm stress about something or in a bad mood, i just want to get out of the house and just go for walk/run.

i agree having a goal of losing weight, definately has its perks !!

You are so very welcome my friends! I was tired out by bedtime and had a GREAT sleep and the scale was down 1.4 lbs this morning to 237 (holding period weight) so that means the water is on it's way out All very good things

I actually didn't even think of eating... all I could think was "I have to move, I need to move this body, I need to go!!!!" and so I did. The fact that I THOUGHT that made me feel better than anything!!!!

I love this!!! The first part sounded like my day yesterday in a way....my husband is out of town though so I got on the trampoline with my 3 year old and we jumped (I held her and we bounced high lol). Soon we were joined by my 8 & 5 year old. We had fun! No fighting, got them tired before bed time & I got my release!

Rock on girlie
