Down two pounds, which is not terrible. TOM is looming, so I will have a water retention gain next week, but hopefully the week following will be significant. My goal was a very conservative 15 pounds, I believe, which will put me at 142 in February.
As for my 'other' goal, I am working on it! Things are looking up in the romance department. I am head over heels for the most socially awkward guy in the world, of course, so it's a series of baby steps, but the fact that I'm persisting instead of hiding out in my living room with a carton of Cherry Garcia is a huge success all on its own.
I'd like to lose 40lbs by Vday. That's about 2lbs per week. That should be doable considering I am in the beginning stages of my weightloss. That will put me around 210lbs.
I have to believe that I can get the scale moving downward again! So, why not keep trying? Also, I am going to start weighing in on TUESDAYS. Monday is just too depressing.
I spent a day at the fair this week, I walked for at least 10 hours that day, we were there for 11 and only sat 4 times to feed the baby, so I counted 8 hours for that day on top of my other workouts.
I still haven't settled on a special thing for V-day... but I'm thinking I just may buy something to wear for hubby's eyes only That is totally not like me, and even at 186 pounds I'm not sure how I will do trying to pull it off.... but it would definately shock him!
My goal is to lose 50 pounds, 2 pounds per week. I would also like to hit 3,750 minutes of exercise.. that is 30 minutes a day for 5 days each week. With the kids, that will be a challenge for sure, but I'm going to try my butt off!! I will work on my plan for a special Valentines Day treat.
I am excited for weigh in on Sunday. I hope to drop 1.8 lbs by then because its my last day on Phase 1 of South Beach, and it will put me right on track to make goal for V-day.
I'm all for this. I would like to lose 50 lbs. and hit 7500 minutes of exercise. If I make both of these I will make an appointment for a couples massage.
Hopping on the bandwagon a little late, but I do have this weeks weigh-in for the chart!
My goal for this challenge is to lose 52.8 pounds, roughly 2.5 pounds a week. I plan to exercise at least 5 days a week for an hour each session. I also want to focus on my water intake since I've been really slacking in that department lately and I'm feeling it!
My reward will be a weekend vacation with my boyfriend, destination unknown! :]
This is great! A challenge is just what I need. I want to lose 30 pounds...with 24 weeks to go...I am going to meet that goal. I'm shooting low so I can't disappoint myself if I dont reach a higher weight loss. I will also attempt to exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I don't ever do a V-day thing since I've never had a bf for V-day...so this year maybe I will have something to do that night.
