Lottie, I'm so proud of you for forcing yourself to exercise. You know that it's the last thing you want to do when you're depressed, but one of the few things that can make an immediate impact on your level of depression.
And I don't know what meds you're on, but I know my mom's medication is supposed to be a sort of mood stabilizer that has an effect on her mania and depression.
