Thank you so much for sharing with us! I have found myself struggling so much in the last 6 months. I have been overwhelmed with to much information. To many recipes, and bottom line just getting exhausted with sorting fact from fiction. You have given me a new faith that it does not have to be complicated ~ "KISS keep it simple stupid!"
